1. General Provisions

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.

Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

The rules of each game or sports market apply when placing bets on l89 1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available for that specific game or market.

6.2 Erroneous Games or Odds

If incorrect odds or game results are displayed due to a technical error, l89 1 reserves the right to void the relevant bets. This decision will be considered final.

6.3 Game Integrity

Using bots, automated software or any form of cheating to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

The rules of the relevant market apply to bets placed on all cricket leagues including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup. If a match is abandoned or interrupted, the outcome of bets will be determined according to l89 1's own rules.
